STATEMENT OF FEES:
I offer affordable prices for ceremonies in helping you create an exceptional ceremony to suit you in a unique way to best fit your needs and circumstances.Ceremony prices are on application.
My price includes the following aspects:
* All meetings with you to discuss the ceremony, completing all relevant forms where required, includes all emails and phone conversations.
* Working and refining a draft ceremony based on your needs.
* Provision of resources, poetry, readings, music….
* Conducting a rehearsal (Weddings only).
* Delivering your ceremony in a meaningful and joyful way on the day.
* Travel to and from meetings with you and to and from ceremony venue.
* Lodgement of all required forms with appropiate Births, Deaths and Marriages Registrar (Weddings only).
* Briefing ushers, photograhers, musicians on the day.
Deposit:
A deposit of ($150- weddings), ($105-other ceremonies), confirms your booking and is non-refundable. The deposit should be paid at, or after you first meeting with me.
The balance of the fees is due 14 days prior to the ceremony.
Payments can be made by cash, or bank transfer as a direct deposit.
Refund Policy:
The deposit is non-refundable. Where the fee has been paid in full and you decide to cancell atleast 14 days before the scheduled ceremony the fee (less deposit) will be refunded at my discretion.
Additional charges:
* Excess travel out of the metro area, $1 per Km for every Km outside a 50 Km radius.
* Should flights and accomodation be required the cost will be to the client.
* Other special requirements as agreed: brides containers, coloured sands, bowls or jars for unity sand ceremony, candles, balloons….
Limitation of liability:
My liability in connection with the provision of the celebrants services will to the maximum extent permitted by law be limited to an amount equal to the full amount of the fee paid for the celebrants services. I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, economic, or consequential cost, loss or damage suffered or incurred as a result of my acts or ommissions, whether negligent or otherwise (disclaimer as provided by insurance broker).
